Common

Only Pre-Wedding Plan are subject to a cancellation fee.

Cancellation on the day of booking : 100%
Cancellation 7 days before on the day of booking : 50%
Cancellation 2 weeks before on the day of booking : 30%
Cancellation 1 month before on the day of booking : 30%

For other plans, In case of cancellation on the day of the class due to sudden illness, please call or e-mail the studio at least 3 hours prior to the scheduled class.

Only the Self Photo Shooting Plan has a limit on the number of guests. For other plans, there is no limit on the number of participants, but please contact us in advance if you plan to have more than 10 people.

Only photography with smart phones is allowed. Please do not bring digital cameras or SLR cameras.
Please turn off the flash when taking pictures with your smart phone.

Additional photos can be added on the day of the event. Please consult us in advance if you would like to add locations or other options.

Self Photo Shooting Plan can be accepted on the same day if there is room in the reservation.
For other plans, Please note that reservations must be made at least 3 days in advance.

We accept cash, credit cards, and electronic money.

A dressing room is available.

Date and location of shooting can be changed.
We will contact you for final confirmation 2 days before the shoot.

Wheelchair access is available in our studio and in the iias Okinawa Toyosaki building.

Self Photo Shooting Plan

Registration will begin at the time of your appointment. After about 5 minutes of explanation, the staff will leave the room and you will have 15 minutes to take photos. After the shooting, we will send you the photo data.

10-minute extension is available for 1,000 yen including tax.
（ 2,000 yen including tax for up to 20 minutes）

The fee will be charged for each additional person. Additional people will be charged 1,000 yen tax included for each additional person, regardless of whether or not they will be photographed.

If you have an iPhone or iPad, we will send you the data on the spot using AirDrop. However, for Android users, we will use Google Drive. (It may take up to a week to send the data.)

As for the photo data and photo prints that can be sent via AirDrop, we will basically hand them over on the day of the event.

Family Plan

For children's participation, it takes about 60 minutes from reception for studio only, and about 90 minutes for studio and beach, depending on their mood and the content of the photo shoot.

We will send the data by e-mail within one week after the shooting.

Birthday Plan

It is possible. Please bring your memories and favorite objects to the photo shoot with you.

Please feel free to bring your own.

Siblings are also welcome to attend.
When making a reservation, please enter your age including you and your siblings in advance.

If the number of data in the plan is large enough, we can take pictures of siblings, family members, etc. in a variety of patterns.

If you have an available date, we can reschedule the photo shoot for a later date. Please feel free to contact us.

No additional charge is required, but we will work within the number of sheets delivered in the plan.

We will send the data by e-mail within one week after the shooting.

Pets Plan

Please feel free to bring your own.
If your pet get dirty in the studio, please take care of it yourself.

Yes, of course. We invite you and your family to join us.

It is possible. We will help you create memories with your precious family members.

Please note that flash photography may be used due to weather and time. Please understand.

You can bring your favorite toys and snacks.
Pets are more communicative when they are hungry.

One animal is included in the plan fee; for two or more animals, the fee is 3000 yen tax included / animal.

We will send the data by e-mail within one week after the shooting.
