予約時間の遅刻について

万が一ご予約時間に遅れてご来店される場合は、遅刻の可能性があるとわかった時点でお早めにご連絡ください。なお、予約時間を30分を越えてご来店されない場合は、自動的にキャンセルとさせていただきます。

However, in case of unintentional cancellation due to illness or injury, we may adjust the cancellation fee for your next visit.

Only the Self Photo Shooting Plan has a limit on the number of guests. For other plans, there is no limit on the number of participants, but please contact us in advance if you plan to have more than 10 people.

Additional photos can be added on the day of the event. Please consult us in advance if you would like to add locations or other options.

Wheelchair access is available in our studio and in the iias Okinawa Toyosaki building.

Self Photo Shooting Plan

Registration will begin at the time of your appointment. After about 5 minutes of explanation, the staff will leave the room and you will have 15 minutes to take photos. After the shooting, we will send you the photo data.

10-minute extension is available for 1,000 yen including tax.
（ 2,000 yen including tax for up to 20 minutes）

The fee will be charged for each additional person. Additional people will be charged 1,000 yen tax included for each additional person, regardless of whether or not they will be photographed.

If you have an iPhone or iPad, we will send you the data on the spot using AirDrop. However, for Android users, we will use Google Drive. (It may take up to a week to send the data.)

As for the photo data and photo prints that can be sent via AirDrop, we will basically hand them over on the day of the event.

Family Plan

For children's participation, it takes about 60 minutes from reception for studio only, and about 90 minutes for studio and beach, depending on their mood and the content of the photo shoot.

We will send the data by e-mail within one week after the shooting.

Birthday Plan

It is possible. Please bring your memories and favorite objects to the photo shoot with you.

Please feel free to bring your own.

Siblings are also welcome to attend.
When making a reservation, please enter your age including you and your siblings in advance.

If the number of data in the plan is large enough, we can take pictures of siblings, family members, etc. in a variety of patterns.

If you have an available date, we can reschedule the photo shoot for a later date. Please feel free to contact us.

No additional charge is required, but we will work within the number of sheets delivered in the plan.

Pets Plan

Please feel free to bring your own.
If your pet get dirty in the studio, please take care of it yourself.

Yes, of course. We invite you and your family to join us.

It is possible. We will help you create memories with your precious family members.

Please note that flash photography may be used due to weather and time. Please understand.

You can bring your favorite toys and snacks.
Pets are more communicative when they are hungry.

One animal is included in the plan fee; for two or more animals, the fee is 3000 yen tax included / animal.
