・セルフプランの場合
ご予約時間の5分前から受付を開始いたします。説明を5分ほどさせていただき、その後スタッフが退出してから15分間（もしくは30分間）の撮影時間となります。撮影後、フォトデータを送信させていただき終了となります。全体の所要時間は30分（もしくは1時間）程度です。

・カメラマンプランの場合
撮影時間の30分前から受付を開始いたします。撮影時間までに、お着替えやメイクのお直し等を済ませていただき、撮影時間になりましたら1時間（もしくは2時間）の撮影時間となります。撮影後、30分のお着替え等の時間がございます。全体の所要時間は2時間（もしくは3時間）程度です。

・セルフプランの場合
当ホームページのメニュー部分の tokyo → セルフプラン予約 から行ってください。

・カメラマンプランの場合
当ホームページのメニュー部分の tokyo → カメラマンプラン予約 から行ってください。

予約時にクレジットカードによる事前決済をお願いしております。ご来店時に追加するオプション料金は、現金、PayPay、クレジットカード決済をご利用いただけます。

・Cancellation of Reservations
If you wish to cancel or reschedule your reservation, please contact us or use our official LINE.

・Cancellation Charges
【 Same day: 100% / Previous day: 50% / 7 days before ~ 2 days before: 30%】
※The fee includes any additional options, etc.

・Late Arrivals for Appointments
In the unlikely event that you arrive late for your appointment, please contact us via the official LINE as soon as you know that you may be late. If you do not arrive 30 minutes after your reservation time, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.

However, in case of unintentional cancellation due to illness or injury, we may adjust the cancellation fee for your next visit.

We apologize for the inconvenience. We are sorry to inform you that we only accept reservations until 11:59 p.m. the day before the event.

Photography accessories are available as follows. You are welcome to bring your own.

Changing rooms are available in the studio.。

・セルフプランの場合
撮影前の準備時間10分間でお着替えをお願いしております。それ以降のお着替えに関しては、撮影時間内にお願いいたします。お着替えに時間がかかる場合は時間延長のオプションをおすすめしております。

・カメラマンプランの場合
準備時間30分間でお着替え等をお願いしております。撮影開始からのお着替えは、撮影時間内でお願いしておりますので、事前にカメラマンにお知らせくださいませ。

・セルフプランの場合
＋ 税込 1,500 円で10分の延長が可能です。
(＋ 税込 3,000 円 で最大20分まで)

・カメラマンプランの場合
撮影時間の延長は受付しておりません。
ご不安な方は「前撮りカメラマンフォト（撮影時間：2時間）」のプランをご選択くださいませ。

・セルフプランの場合
一度に8名様までとさせていただいております。9名様以上で来店される場合は、お問い合わせください。

・カメラマンプランの場合
大人2名様（+お子様のご同伴は3名まで）とさせていただいております。

・セルフプランの場合
発生いたします。撮影の有無にも関わらず、人数追加として ＋ 税込 1,500 円ずついただいております。

・カメラマンプランの場合
撮影されるお客様以外のご入場は、原則お断りしております。

・セルフプランの場合
If you have an iPhone or iPad, we will send you the data on the spot using AirDrop. However, for Android users, we will use Google Drive. (It may take up to a week to send the data.)

・カメラマンプランの場合
撮影データはシンプルレタッチ（明るさ・色味の調整）後にお渡しさせていただいております。
レタッチには撮影日から3週間お時間をいただきますので、後日メールにてお送りさせていただきます。

・セルフプランの場合
As for the photo data and photo prints that can be sent via AirDrop, we will basically hand them over on the day of the event.

・カメラマンプランの場合
当日にお写真のお渡しはできません。予めご了承くださいませ。

Although there are no specific requirements, children of elementary school age and younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

We look forward to commemorating the occasion with your family.
However, we basically limit the number of dogs and cats to small dogs and cats only.
