ご予約時間の5分前から受付を開始いたします。説明を5分ほどさせていただき、その後スタッフが退出してから10分ほどで撮影の準備をしていただきます。その後、15分間の撮影時間となります。撮影後、フォトデータを送信させていただき終了となります。
全体の所要時間は40分程度です。

予約時にクレジットカードによる事前決済をお願いしております。ご来店時に追加するオプション料金は、現金、PayPay、クレジットカード決済をご利用いただけます。

・Cancellation Charges
【 Same day: 100% / Previous day: 50% / 7 days before ~ 2 days before: 30%】
※The fee includes any additional options, etc.

・Late Arrivals for Appointments
In the unlikely event that you arrive late for your appointment, please contact us via the official LINE as soon as you know that you may be late. If you do not arrive 30 minutes after your reservation time, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.

However, in case of unintentional cancellation due to illness or injury, we may adjust the cancellation fee for your next visit.

We apologize for the inconvenience. We are sorry to inform you that we only accept reservations until 11:59 p.m. the day before the event.

Currently, we can accommodate up to 8 people at a time; if you would like to bring more than 9 people, please contact us for more information.

If you have an iPhone or iPad, we will send you the data on the spot using AirDrop. However, for Android users, we will use Google Drive. (It may take up to a week to send the data.)

As for the photo data and photo prints that can be sent via AirDrop, we will basically hand them over on the day of the event.

Although there are no specific requirements, children of elementary school age and younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

We look forward to commemorating the occasion with your family.
However, we basically limit the number of dogs and cats to small dogs and cats only.

We are sorry. We do not have a parking lot. Please use coin-operated parking lots in the neighborhood.
