What is the schedule for the plan? ご予約時間の 5 分前から受付を開始いたします。説明を 5 分ほどさせていただき、その後スタッフが退出してから 15 分間の撮影時間となります。撮影後、フォトデータを送信させていただき終了となります。 撮影プランは何がありますか。通常のセルフ撮影の「選べるセルフプラン」とカラフルライトを使った「虹プリ🌈プラン」をご用意しております。「選べるセルフプラン」はモノクロとカラーのデータをお選びいただけます。「虹プリ🌈プラン」はカラーデータのみのお渡しです。
What payment methods are available? We only accept cash, PayPay, and credit card payments. オプションは撮影前までに決めなければいけませんか？ オプションは撮影しながら決めていただき、撮影後にお伺いいたします。お会計も撮影後となります。 Where do I make reservations?当ホームページの RESERVATION から行ってください。ご予約は1か月前から前日まで行っています。
Can I come to the store on the same day without an appointment?We apologize for the inconvenience. We are sorry to inform you that we only accept reservations until 11:59 p.m. the day before the event.
着替えはできますか？ スタジオ内であれば可能です。撮影時間内でのお着替えをお願いしておりますので、お着替えに時間がかかる場合は時間延長をお願いいたします。 撮影時間は延長できますか？+ 1,000 円で 10 分の延長が可能です。（ + 2,000 円で 最大 20 分まで ）
How many people can visit the restaurant at the same time? Currently, we can accommodate up to 8 people at a time; if you would like to bring more than 9 people, please contact us for more information. Is there a fee for accompanying persons who are not taking pictures?発生いたします。撮影の有無に関わらず、人数追加として + 1,000 円 ずついただいております。
How do I receive the data on the same day?If you have an iPhone or iPad, we will send you the data on the spot using AirDrop. However, for Android users, we will use Google Drive. (It may take up to a week to send the data.)
Can I get a photo on the day of the shoot?Airdropで送信可能なフォトデータやフォトプリントに関しては、基本的には当日お渡し予定です。
How old do I have to be to use the service?Although there are no specific requirements, children of elementary school age and younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Are there any restrictions on student rates?The student rate is available to any one person who is a student visiting the restaurant on the same day. The student rate is applicable to those who are elementary school students or older.
Can I take pictures with my pet?We look forward to commemorating the occasion with your family.
However, we basically limit the number of dogs and cats to small dogs and cats only.
We are sorry. We do not have a parking lot. Please use coin-operated parking lots in the neighborhood.
